Each project is subject to its own quotation, specification, and payment structure.


4. Quotations and Orders

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance or payment of a deposit, where applicable. Any changes to the scope of work may require a revised quotation.


5. Payment Terms

Payment terms vary depending on the type of work and client. These will be clearly outlined in your quotation or contract before work begins. We reserve the right to withhold commissioning or certification until full payment has been received.


6. Delivery and Installation

We will make every effort to complete works within the agreed timescale. However, we are not liable for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including supply issues, weather, or third-party delays.


7. Warranty and Aftercare

All workmanship is covered under our installation warranty in accordance with UK standards and any applicable manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage is voided by tampering, unauthorised alterations, or failure to maintain the system as advised.


8. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing safe and reasonable access to the installation area
  • Ensuring permissions or consents (e.g., planning, landlord) are obtained where required
  • Supplying accurate information to support system design and quotation

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the total contract value.

11. Cancellation
